Utility grade protective relays, breaker backup tripping, electrical or mechanical interlocks, and billing CT compartments are typically required for service entrance switchgear.  ECI will work with your local utility company to make sure that your system conforms to their standards as well as to yours.  On larger lineups, ECI recommends using a graphical "mimic" bus with LED indicating lights to show the status of each breaker as well as the overall operating conditions to make it easier on the operators.  Transient voltage surge suppression (TVSS) can be added to each source at your request.
